Thank you for choosing AnuaSkin! We take pride in delivering your skincare products safely and efficiently.

Order Preparation

Once your order is placed, our team begins processing it within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods or special promotions, processing might take a bit longer. You’ll receive an email once your package is on its way.

Delivery

After processing, standard shipping usually takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location. Occasionally, delivery may be slightly delayed due to customs or local postal services. A tracking number will be sent via email so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Tracking Your Package

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to monitor your order. If there’s no movement in your tracking for over 5 days, contact our support team, and we’ll look into it immediately.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please check your package as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, let us know right away. We may ask for photos or videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Some items cannot be returned, including: perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized or personalized products, personal care or beauty items (for hygiene reasons), and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you’re unsure, please contact us before returning anything.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, contact our Customer Care team for approval first. Once approved, return the original item and place a new order for the correct product. If a parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. AnuaSkin is not liable for unclaimed packages.

European Union – 14-Day Right to Cancel

For orders delivered in the EU, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please include proof of purchase when initiating a return.
